Things have been very crappy around here lately, and there are some changes I need to make.
1. Spending more time with God
This is a must. So first thing I do when I get up is study his word. I'm trying to wrap my head around Dietrich Bonhoeffer's book Cost of Discipleship. And I'm studying the book of Matthew.
2. Eating right
I work in fast food, so eating properly is hard. I've set up a diet of sorts and am tracking my progress at sparkpeople.com
3. Exercising. I want to be fit enough that I have a lot of options in my life so I've started a small exercise routine, hopefully I can keep on top of it.
But I can only do this with God's help.
